These Terms of Service apply to your use of www.grailandgambit.com.au and to purchases made from Grail and Gambit. By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law.

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography and your display. Product specifications, packaging and availability may change. We may correct genuine errors in product descriptions, pricing or availability, subject to applicable law.

An item being shown on the website does not guarantee that it is in stock. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you and deal with the order in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.

2.5 Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Any applicable taxes, charges or delivery costs will be shown where required before you complete checkout. We may accept payment through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment providers may impose their own terms and eligibility requirements.

We may correct obvious pricing or system errors before accepting an order. We will not use a pricing-error clause to avoid obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

2.6 Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept or decline an order for legitimate reasons, such as product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect information, or a genuine website error. If payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange an appropriate refund or other remedy as required by law.

2.7 Delivery

Delivery is provided through Australia Post unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates only and can be affected by matters outside our reasonable control. Any separate Shipping Policy published on our website forms part of these Terms.

2.8 Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees

Any separate Returns or Refund Policy published on our website forms part of these Terms. Regardless of any store policy, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply. Consumer guarantees may entitle you to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or other remedy depending on the circumstances.

2.9 Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional stated conditions, including eligibility, dates, minimum spend, exclusions and stock availability. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with other offers. We may correct genuine promotional errors, subject to applicable law.

If you submit a review, rating, comment or other content, you confirm that it is based on your genuine experience and does not infringe another person’s rights or contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive or malicious material.
